I was really looking forward to go to this cafe but after all the experience was so disappointing. I ordered just a normal latte to take away and when ordering he pointed out the menu and made sure my order like “ this one right?”and I said “ yes, just a normal latte” but once I got my drink I found out it was a black latte which is extra cost one, overpriced 1000 yen. I’m pretty sure I said normal latte, not black one so I asked them that can you refund me for the difference and make a normal latte in polite way in Japanese but he didn’t say anything apologies for that and just said “bc you ordered black latte and we already charged you”, I was like so confused and annoyed that they didn’t even try to solve this problem. After all he was just looking at me without saying anything and they were like “what is this customer talking about”. So I didn’t get refund and new drink and just gave up to explain to them. Anyways drink tasted average and strawberry drink that my friend ordered was also not that good. I would not recommend this cafe for sure. 普通にオーダー取るのを間違えて、客が説明してるのに店員側が自分に非がないか考えらないこと、謝る素振りが1ミリもなかったことに対して残念に思いました。
自分もカフェで働いてるので余計に非常識な店員だと感じたし、他の店員さんなら良かったのかなと思うと残念です。

お手洗いの貸し出しはしていないそうで、近くのビルまで行く必要があります。

土曜日の12時頃に来店 店内満席でしたが10分ほどで入れました。
栗のバスクチーズケーキとコーヒー(ワンドリンク制でした) ケーキは普通に美味しいです。
全部が栗の味かと思ったら、大きい栗が入ってるだけだった🌰 リピートは特になしかな ごちそうさまでした🙏🏻‎
