The lunch menu is varied and changes regularly, so you won't get bored. You can eat Japanese and Western food. It's delicious because it's carefully made.
There are probably only two places around Ginza that make cakes with rice flour. Even if you have a flour allergy, you can eat it without worry. The coffee is delicious because it uses more than twice as many beans as a regular store.
You can relax and drink alcohol at dinner. Right now, you can drink fragrant wine that goes well with wasabi. I was very satisfied.

We lined up for 1.5 hours for this experience. The verdict? Your coffee is good but it does not entitle you to be snobbish.
I was happy to experience and wait along the line because my brother enjoys specialty coffee and I cannot say no to a good cup. I read reviews and heard amazing, so why not. Woke up early to cue, been in line from 920 til 11. We finally got in and told us to wait which is fine. But once it’s our turn, in less than 5 mins we were asked if we know what we want. Only 2 choices - drip coffee or espresso based. There’s no explanation of beans and notes, no recommendations either. I went for experience more than just beans and my brother is already decided to buy beans so it’s a bit disappointing to be treated so rushed, not welcoming unlike other western looking tourists. The barista even said, “no rush. What’s your order?” Lol.
For reference I got the Ethiopia Sidama- unique blueberry notes and very clean balanced feel. For my brother he got Huila Lo lama which was very unique for whiskey barrel with bourbon feels and very smooth. We enjoyed the cup but did not feel like welcomed in the experience. I hope this review helps them be better, especially to non western tourists. We all deserve a worth-the-wait welcoming treatment.
