Average Tully’s, though the cashier was too biased to understand Japanese spoken by a non-Asian.
Read the sign, in Japanese, pointed and read out the katakana multiple times, but still couldn’t understand.
No offer to plate or heat my order despite ordering for here (spoken by the cashier herself as “here”). For reference, those around me, all had food on plates.
Ordered a Tall, got a regular, the attitude made it obvious that they wouldn’t fix it.
Not a reflection of the Haneda Airport staff-who have continuously been beyond accommodating and had no problem understanding foreigner spoken Japanese.
Just a note for the Tully’s staff to forgo prejudice based on appearance.
